BLENDING TRADITION, INSIGHT & CARE
From a young age, I felt a natural pull toward astrology—a quiet guide that carried me through some of life’s most challenging moments. Over time, it became clear that astrology wasn’t just about the stars; it was a tool for deep self-understanding. It reveals the emotional layers of who we are, our physical constitution, our past experiences, current cycles, and even glimpses into our future direction.
Integrating this wisdom into my clinical practice has transformed the way I support my clients, giving me a more profound insight into your strengths, vulnerabilities, and the unique journey you’re on.
When combined with Iridology—which itself reflects not only your current health but the inherited traits from parents, grandparents, and beyond—and the healing power of Herbal Medicine, I believe it’s a match made in heaven.
To me, herbal medicine is a living gift from nature, and pairing specific herbs with individual personalities is a passion I’ll never stop exploring.
Ultimately, how we eat, think, live, drink, and love all shape the version of health we express—and I’m here to walk alongside you in understanding and nurturing that path.

THE CORE OF MY PRACTICE
I’m deeply passionate about supporting women through every stage of life using the healing power of Herbal Medicine.
My focus includes Women’s Health, Hormonal Balance, Cycle and Thyroid Support, Adrenal Health and Burnout, Fertility Planning, Pregnancy, Postnatal Care, and Children’s General Health.
While these areas are especially close to my heart, I also work with many men and welcome all individuals seeking natural, personalised care.
As a mother of three and someone who has journeyed through many of these life transitions myself, I know firsthand how powerful it is to feel truly supported.
There are so many beautiful herbs that honour and nurture women’s bodies and their rhythms, and it’s a joy to work with them every day.
As I approach 50, I carry with me not just clinical experience but lived experience—and it’s my greatest privilege to offer the kind of care I once wished I had during those important chapters.
